20 years...just a number. No, not to me...not today. My life changed dramatically 20 years ago today, May 10, 1994. 20 years ago today I was laying in a hospital bed recovering from brain surgery, and wanting to know how Your Love Amazes Me had done on the R&R Chart. I wish I could remember more about the days surrounding the success of that song but unfortunately I dont recall much at all. But I am grateful for all the blessing in my life then and now. Im thankful for those that have stood with me through it all, even when it was so very difficult, my lovely wife Robin and my children, TaylorMarie, Sean Thomas, and Caelan James, as well as my mother-in-law Carol. God has blessed me with a wonderful family. I am also grateful to so many of you that have come to shows over the years and let me sing my songs and tell my stories... so many of you have become good friends. It has been an amazing journey... and Im just getting warmed up! Good things are in the air and we are excited about all the things that God has put in front of us! Ill share more as we move forward but I ask you to keeps us in your prayers, that God will guide us and that I will respond to His guidance, that He will open doors and close doors as needed, and that I wont kick down doors I shouldnt be going through!!
