2014 GOALS * GROW the Illinois Jaycees to over 2,000 members (currently around 1,800) * GROW the Illinois Jaycees membership to be the #1 Jaycee State in the Nation * GROW the Illinois Jaycees to over 67 chapters (currently 64) * Create an electronic newsletter to communicate with our members statewide * Introduce the Jaycee Challenge to the Illinois Jaycees * Enhance the current Mentorship Program to assign Senators and Ambassadors chapters to mentor across the state * Introduce easy to run Individual Development programs that can be run at general meetings * Introduce at least 3 statewide programs throughout the year (including Jaycee Week) * Create a long range action plan for the state organization * Provide additional Jaycee, professional, and JCI training opportunities throughout the state * Promote stronger partnerships between members, chapters, and regions * Encourage the use of webinars and teleconferencing for meetings and trainings * Improve member and chapter participation in Programming areas (PMGs, SPEs, Civic Leadership Certification, Passport to Civic Leadership, Competitions, year-end submissions and the Shoot for 30 program) * Offer special incentives for all Illinois Jaycees members * Raise $25,000 of goods, services, and revenue for Camp New Hope * Continue to promote USJC nationwide projects and partnerships
