2014 NSC Examinations have started! ACDP wishes learners writing in all provinces every success The 2014 National Senior Certificate Examinations started on Monday 27 October 2014, with no major incidents reported as learners faced their first English and Visual Arts papers. In a few centres in the Western Cape there was a delayed start for some due to a minor vehicle accident, none of the learners were hurt nor adversely affected as they were compensated for the lost time in the examination. Three KZN centres had a late start due to community unrest, but candidates were afforded the necessary time to complete their examinations. Today, Tuesday 28 October will see a total of 128 779 Fulltime and 23 694 Part Time candidates write Accounting and just over 256 000 Full Time and 1400 Part Time learners sit for IsiZulu, isiXhosa, SiSwati and isiNdebele.
