2014 will be ending rather quickly . 2015 will be here shortly. As some of you may already now I have l dont want to say a resolution for the new year but I will say a health goal. I have put on some nice layers of winter fluff. Now I plan on removing some of that fluff with doterras slim and sassy metabolic blend softgels and grapefruit essential oils and zendocrine and terrazyme..also LLV (life long vitality supplements ) As well as a change in diet and exercise. (Because lets face it we can not do it with some magic pill)it has to be a healthy change in lifestyle as well as a change in attutude. I will also be trying out doterras terra fit dvds . I will be tracking my weight and posting before and after pics. With yes a honest weight recorded .( I have a accountability partner also a wellness advocate. We will be doing this together.) Because its not so much a resolution as it is that we want to be healthier. Also I will have weekly weigh ins and measurements.
