2015: Rigging Ahead of Time! As all is geared towards the forthcoming 2015 general elections by politicians and relevant stakeholders (political parties), it seems the ruling party PDP in collaboration with the INEC has already perfected a grand plan to rigged the elections even before time since they realized the possibility of an inevitable defeat in a fair contests. Particularly as the wind of change is becoming more pressurised by day, and the greater segments of the component units of the citizens are earnestly seeking for an alternative to the present inept leadership under PDP and Jonathans government. So, haven got the message very clear, the only best alternate way the PDP and President Jonathan can think of is to disenfranchise certain eligible voters through INEC as usual. This could perhaps be the ONLY, I repeat, the ONLY reason why even at the initial stage of the distribution exercise the INEC has been inconsistent even with the dates of commencements in various states of the federation. I began to have this feelings of a possible subverting and a compromise of all the processes leading to the actual elections when I was told that anyone who registered at our neighborhood Pooling Unit, that is New London Pooling Unit PU: 26/23/01/007 Suleja Club, Suleja Niger State can not have theirs, instead a fresh registration is inevitably planned and commenced by INEC officials in pursuant to section 16 of the electoral act 2010 as amended. For the simple reason that the earlier ones computerized databases got burnt! Ordinarily, this simple but stupid reason shouldnt have been doubted by an ordinary peasant person like myself. Since I believe it will be very difficult if not impossible to have a perfect mortal, least to talk any Man-administered institutions. That is clearly understandable, and can be excused and appreciated to surrender oneself gallantly for another round of registration exercise. Behold! From my own personal intelligence investigations, I came to realized that virtually all the Pooling Units here at Suleja where PDP lost in previous elections have got the same problem as ours, which no doubt prompted so many questions. Could it be a coincidence? If yes, then, why is the process too slow that cant register up to 40 people a day given the time frame of it duration? And if no, how justifiable is it to invest peoples databases in an unreliable systems after been allocated huge sums from the nations commonwealth for adequate data capturing and preservation??
