#29 How many of you try to avoid toxins in the home? Did you know that environmental toxins can lead to increased estrogen which often manifests itself as PMS, irregular and heavy periods, endometriosis, fibroids, breast cancer and more. Our environments are toxic, toxic, toxic. Not to mention, our small children simply do not need to be around poisons and chemical cleaner. We have used green cleaning supplies for quite a while. doTERRA has an awesome line of non-toxic cleaning and personal care products. Shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, anti-bacterial handsoap, cleaner concentrate, and toothpaste! If you are a DIY person, you can easily make your own cleaning products. If you are a busy mama like me, sometimes it’s just easier to purchase them. I used to make my own cleaners, then I calculated how much the OnGuard concentrate was and it comes to $1.20 per 26 oz spray bottle of cleaner –and I use it for EVERYTHING – I spray down pillows, mattresses, toys, clean the kitchen, bathroom, etc with it! Honestly, I love this entire line. The toothpaste is a MUST in our home. Flouride free and xylitol sweetened. It’s awesome!
