3 December 2014 Morning Message Discourse from Bhagwan Sri Sri Sri Paramahamsa Nithyananda Swamiji I welcome all of you with My love and respects. _/|\_ Today, eighth day of the Nithyanandeshwara Brahmotsavam; Mahadeva is gracing with Devi. Let’s first receive His blessings. _/|\_ Today, eighth day of the Brahmotsava, where Mahadeva Himself goes out to receive Beeksha, enriching the world with Shivoham experience. (Beeksha is going out with a begging bown to receive alms, while blessing and enriching those who give.) So today, all SMKT’s (Sri Mahantha, Mahanths, Kotharis and Thanedars) should go for beeksha, at least 21 houses, and all the Bidadi Mahants, Sri Mahants, Kotharis, Thanedars, whatever you collect for Beeksha, we’ll all cook and eat together. I’ll make Myself available at least little time for cooking with you guys, and eating. So, maybe all you guys have to go in the morning itself, or have morning breakfast, go in the noon, and bring whatever you bring in the night, we can all cook and eat. So, we’ll celebrate the Beekshandana’s Uttsava. Mahadeva going around and having Beeksha. Alright. I have decided I Myself am going to go for Beeksha! I’m going to go out and receive Beeksha and bless people. And, I request all the Sri Mahants, Mahants, Thanedars, Kotharis to go out and have Beeksha fro at least 21 places, bring it, vcook, give it to Mahadeva as Naivedyam, and have a teamily dinner, SMKT. So let’s celebrate the Beekshadana’s Brahmotsava. And day after tomorrow is Mahadeepam, so all centers in the world, light a lamp on the top of your nearby hill, in allowance of legalities of your country, light Mahadeepam. Singapore doesn’t have a hill, so sorry. So, I’ll continue on Shivoham! Shivoham! Shivoham! Shivoham! The word Subjective Truth, when the world knows to respect the Subjective Truths, this becomes a place to Live! When world learns to encourage others’ subjective truth, this becomes heaven! The most unique point of Sanatana Hindu Dharma: everyone’s subjective truth is encouraged! Everyone’s subjective truth is enriched. Everyone is asked to live the Subjective Truth. Of course, hypocrisies are never allowed, hypocrisies are weeded out, but, never the freedom to interfere in subjective truth was given, even to guru! Understand, even I do not have the right to interfere or demolish your Subjective Truth! If you feel Oneness with Mahadeva, Shivoham is your Subjective Truth, I don’t have right to interfere! For example, if you suddenly say, “I am Mahadeva,” and you pick up Trishula, and declare you are going to live like Mahadeva, I have no right to interfere! I have only right to explain if there is some hypocrisy; for example, if you say “I am not going to do any work,” if you are joyful like Mahadeva, enriching the world, alright; but if you are all day lazy and sleeping, I’ll help you complete. But I have no right to say, “No no no, you are not Mahadeva, you are only servant or son of Mahadeva.” Even guru has no right to interfere in your subjective truth in our tradition; the only right not given to guru is interfering in subjective truth. Ramajnuja’s guru was great advaithi, but he did not have dharmic authority to interfere with vishishtadvaitha, subjective truth, of Ramanuja. He did not have the dharmic right to interfere with the subjective truth of Ramanuja, which is Visishtadvaitha. And, Govindabhata, Gowdabatha, they are such great advaithis, they did not have legitimate right to interfere with the devotion, subjective reality, of Adi Shankara. He sang so many amazing verses on devotion! Shankara is a great advaithi, no doubt, but whenever he wanted to experience the Sunjective Reality of devotion, Dvaitha, Visishtadvaitha, Govindabhata and Gowdabatha could not interfere. I tell you: whether it is your duality, or non-duality, or Vishishtadvaitha, Advaitha, I have a right, guru has a right, only to expose your hypocrisy, inauthenticity to you, but, even guru does not have a right to interfere in your subjective reality. There are tons and tons of evidences. Chaitanya was initiated in the Advaitha Puri Sampradaya; his sannyas name was Chaitanyapuri, but his Advaithic guru was not able to interfere into the subjective reality of Chaitanya. Into the subjective reality of Chaitanya. Hm? Not possible. Understand. With all the integrity, and authenticity, and lot of joy, I am telling you, I am born in the tradition which respects everyone’s Subjective Truth! I am so happy, this tradition not only allows, encourages, everyone’s subjective truth to become reality. See the Subjective Truth is like a small lamb; when it is growing, growing, there is possibility you can just put it off- that is stupid fanatic preaching, nothing else exists, and the fellow is spiritually dead. I tell you, how declaring bankruptcy means economically dead, in the same way, socially dead, politically dead, career dead. If somebody’s Subjective Truth is put off, he is spiritually dead. I am so happy Sanatana Dharma, Sanatana Hindu Dharma, we never put off a Subjective Truth, and, we also encourage everyone to evolve, evolve in their Subjective Truths, and make it into Objective Reality. We only give them the science: do this kriya, yoga, pooja, japa- do all this and open up your Subjective Reality. This science can be used whether you are a Vaishnavite, Shaivite, Shakta, and if you don’t like any of this, invent your own- one God with a lion’s head, wing, tail, you can make it and give your own name! We have no problem. If you like any one God which is available in the pantheon of Hindu gods, choose one, if it matches with your Subjective Truth; if nothing matches, create your own; if your name is Sankyamangi, name your God Sankyamangi and build your temple, your disciples will follow it! No, understand, we are all smiling and laughing because we have become influenced by mislogic. But we need to know how important this freedom is for real spiritual growth and understanding the truths of the cosmos. Only if you have been beaten by fanatic religions you will understand this freedom. You guys took it for granted! I tell you, we Sanatana Hindu Dharmis never bothered about political freedom, only spiritual freedom. That is why I am telling you: all religions came and lived with us, they also learned subjective truth. Look around! We never bothered about political freedom. And with all the pride I want to tell you guys: we only bothered, cared, about freedom to practice our Subjective Truths. Yesterday I was seeing a small video clip of Arunachaleshwara’s brahmotsavam, and explained how all this happens, feeling what a beautiful people, great country, one million people gather to celebrate the presence of Mahadeva, without a single crime! Do you know, in many countries, people are never allowed to gather publicly for any purpose! Because the fear of riot or violence or some ideas getting instigated. So many of these ideological spreading has to happen in social media because physically you cannot gather; but see this great country- in many villages lakhs of people gather without a single crime! I bow down to this great Bharat which respected, respecting, will ever respect, the freedom to live, cherish, enjoy, the Subjective Truth! _/|\_ If you feel Mahadeva is your Subjective Reality, great, but you feel some qualities from Vishnu also is great and you want that in you Spiritual Truth, make Shankaranarayana, half Vishnu half Shiva, and He is your subjective truth! “Om Shankaranarayana Om!” No-one will question you! Do this pooja, do this japa, you will experience Shankaranarayana not just as Subjective Truth, but as Reality! And if you feel “hm, even that doesn’t seem to be complete; I think some qualities of Devi also needed,” then put all three together, and Venkateshwara! The Shiva, the Sanka Chakra of Vishnu, and the long hanging hair of Devi, come on, have Venkateshwarano! The possibilities were never snubbed in the bud level. One hypocrisy, it was exposed to you, but always possibilities were encouraged. I wanted all our temples to have pantheon of Gods; that means we encourage, we stand for all possibility, supporting your Subjective Truth! No question of denying any possibility! Understand, that is the beauty of Sanatana Hindu Dharma, and I wanted, even though we belong to Shaiva Sampradaya, and practice Shaiva Sampradaya, all our temples, organization, stand for not denying any possibility, we encourage and enrich any possibility, so our temples should not stop for having just Shiva, Devi and My Moorthi, we should have whole pantheon! This is the statement we make: we encourage and enrich all possibilities. That is why I wanted even our libraries to have all beautiful puranas of our tradition. Some are contradicting each other; don’t bother. Devi Purana says all came out of naval of Devi; Vishnu Purana says Devi Herself is just Vishnu Maya. No problem! If that clicks with you, that is your subjective truth, if this clicks with you, this is your subjective truth. Make it your subjective truth, have it as your reality. That’s all! This beautiful way of not denying the subjective truth, not denying the subjective truth, understand, that is one of the greatest quality of Sanatana Hindu Dharma, because we know the power of Subjective Truth. Understand, in Varanasi there was a great saint called Ramanasa. He meditated Mahadeva in the form of buffalo and realized Mahadeva giving him darshan in the form of buffalo! The power of subjective truth! Do not try to generalize and franchise. At least in spiritual reality, do not try to generalize and franchise. Subjective Truth should be encouraged and enriched; monastery is a place where the subjective truth is encouraged, enriched and made to flower. For example, in the society, people may just destroy your subjective truth when it is blossoming. But, in a monastery, where you are protected, guided, slowly the subjective truth is made to blossom. You are made to live, radiate, cherish the subjective truths. Strengthen the subjective truth you are carrying, Shivoham, more and more and more. Open up the possibilities more and more and more.
