3 year old Phoxie is on the kill list for tonight. She was turned into the high kill AC&C because her owners landlord will not allow her to live there. Please note one thing the owner did say: 20: - Does your dog have any medical problems that you are aware of? If yes, please provide as much detail as possible: SHE IS UNABLE TO BREED Thank God--otherwise there would be more dogs on this kill list. Phoxie is a friendly good girl, please share her.
