A DEVELOPING AREA OF LOW PRESSURE MOVES JUST OFF THE SOUTHEAST AND VIRGINIA BEACH COAST LATER THURSDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. Tonight: N winds 10 to 15 kt. Waves 3 ft. A chance of sleet...rain and snow. A chance of freezing rain. Vsby 1 to 3 nm. Wed: N winds 10 to 15 kt. Waves 3 ft. A slight chance of rain until late afternoon. Wed Night: N winds 10 to 15 kt...becoming NE 15 to 20 kt after midnight. Waves 4 to 5 ft. Thu: NE winds 20 kt. Gusts up to 30 kt in the afternoon. Waves 4 to 5 ft. Thu Night: NE winds 20 kt. Gusts up to 30 kt in the evening. Waves 5 ft.
