6:00pm session completed a two phase military style drill workout. Phase one torsion bar single arm actions and phase two body weight burn out. Everybody definitely felt the pinch however responded well and enjoyed the session. Stand out tonight was Atalia. Atalia struggles at specific things like we all do at Bootcamp Bribie however the spirit to push forward is there and I saw it on her eyes tonight. She listened and responded so determined to my words of advice and it is so inspirational to see such a kind spirited girl show a fight to achieve her dreams. So proud of you Atalia!! Well done!!!
