Diets don’t last. 90% of people gain the weight back,plus some once the diet is deemed over. Diets make people grumpy. 7 Reasons to Eat Healthy Healthy eating will help you lose weight. Healthy food gives you more energy. Nutritious food keeps your bowels moving. Real food curbs cravings. Fresh cooking keeps you satisfied. Adopting a healthy style will increase your life span. Healthy food boosts your moods. 7 Ways to Eat Right Eat vegetables. Salute them, roast them, grill them, stir-fry them , wrap them, toss them, eat them. lots of them. Snack on fresh fruit. Seasonal fruit is best. If you eat red meat, reduce the quantity or frequency. Less than 4 ounces or just once a week is suitable for most people. (Eventually eliminate if you choose) Buy organic. This is especially true for meat and dairy. Our food sources are sprayed with fertilizer chemicals and pesticides but worse yet, animal products are loaded with antibiotics, hormones and steroids.
