7 years ago today I was 15 weeks pregnant & went to see my OB doctor because of a little spotting. Dr Zittel tried but he couldnt find a heartbeat. So he sent me to Orlando for an ultrasound. He assured me that sometimes they cannot get the heartbeat on the Doppler and getting an ultrasound would be better. As I was sitting in the waiting room waiting for my turn I hoped for the best! As soon as the ultrasound tech placed the Doppler on my belly I knew! My lil peanut was gone!😞 I had to then go to Winnie Palmer to deliver. 😥That day and night were probably the most difficult days Ive ever had to endure in my 44 years of life! I think about him all the time. Hed be 6 now, entering 1st grade in the fall. I wonder who hed look like and if hed be hyper like Jack or calm like Rece. Would he have blonde hair and blue eyes, would he have the Helton cheeks! I wish I couldve seen him grow in my belly! I miss him with all my being but I know hes looking over me! 👼 makes me treasure my kids even more! ❤️ I always say we are not promised tomorrow so always live in the now and make the best of it! So thats what Im doing! We choose our happiness as we hold the keys!
