According to News Radio WEBO the request for Richford residents to evacuate was sent in error. The current statement from Tioga County 911 is to be prepared to evacuate if necessary. Areas such as near Friendsville and Salt Springs State Park, and along the Choconut, Forest Lake, and Wyalusing Creeks are likely seeing flooding.
