A BELIVER should DELIVER to make a BELIEVER A proverb, (the knight variation) is told of how a battle was lost all because of the want of a nail, then shoe, then a horse shoe, then a knight, a battle&finally a kingdom. Its a proverb that teaches us that small actions may have greater consequences! The world as we know it today is full of people who have not yet received the true message of God to truely embrace salvation. There is a different gospel being preached out there by the devil through different avenues such as social media, through atheists ( those who do not believe God exists) and through entertainment too, a new world order. This message includes selfishness, drunkness, narcissism, hate, waywardness, godlessness etc. Its a message that encourages people to be ignorant of God&causes them to drift further away from Him. However God wants the world to know the truth about him and His love for his people. They need to receive the goodnews of the love of Christ who hung on the rugged cross to save humanity from destruction. We may complain about the drunkard youth next door, the foul mouthed tout in the street, the corrupt politician, the harlot standing on the street corner and many others but somebody needs to deliver to them thee message. The problem is that the church today spends more time in their buildings worshipping and promising each other goodies from heaven whilst neglecting the call to go out and seek the lost. God is looking for someone today who will stop making excuses to deliver the message of salvation and repentance to the world. As l said before, you dont neccessarily have to be a preacher or even need to be in a large group to evangelize. You just need to know the word of God and just to talk to someone about what Jesus has done for them. Testify of His goodness and mercy. Be like the Samaritan woman who after talking to Jesus, rushed into the village and told people about the Messiah. You can doit! On the street, at work, football game, in a taxi, at school or wherever. ....And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?
