"A Father In Need" My name is Jon Butler, an I am an unlikely victim of Domestic Violence. My Daughter’s story needs to be heard. I need my daughter back, custody, vistation, something, and for the abusers to be brought to justice. In September of 2008 I became a Father. I used to own a construction business in July of 2009. At the same time my daughter was born, all my clients backed out. I ended up getting a part-time job as a head maintenance man for a. church. I also became a Mom, Dad, and caregiver to my daughter Faith. During that time my daughter I were the victims of violent crimes against us by my daughters mother. The mom was arrested for Domestic Violence and plead guilty to a lesser charge. She was put on probation. Were she had to take Parent Anger Managment classes.There are CPS reports were the mom admitted to pushing my daughter off the bed 3 times. In that same report she tells them she dropped Faith in the tub where she hit her face and chipped her tooth in half. There are Police reports were Faith’s mother admits she knows karate and how to defend herself. Witnesses that have seen her attacks against me while holding my daughter. On October 26, 2011 I dropped my daughter off at Daycare. After that she was kidnapped from me using fraudulent unethical tactics D.A.W.N. Advocacy and Family Court Services. I have only been able to see her about 38hrs since then. I have two protection orders on the abuser for attacks on the child and me. On May 09, 2011, I put the second one on the abuser. I have received terrible treatment and little to no help from state offices. For example, on Oct. 12, 2011 I phoned the supervisor of Family Court Services and left a message telling them how the social worker, Debra Hunter treated me. I trusted this social worker and she laughed at me. 60mins. into a 120min interview she feel asleep woke up after her cat nap and told me to repeat the May 09th 2011 attack. 90min into the interview she kicked me out and told me we would finish it later. We never did. On October 12 I called her boss to report Miss Hunters actions. Two hours later the abuser walks into the court house and puts a protection order on me, even though there was one already on the abuser. In a court document that protection order when asked “would Jon Butler ever hurt the child?” the abuser tells the court "No Jon would never hurt Faith he loves her." The actions from groups helping out this abuser is unethical and fraudulent and most of all abusive. I need help with getting custody. Getting visitation. Getting charges brought against the fraudulent and abusive enitys. I have all evidence and can send you all the paperwork.My self and my daughter are the victims in this. I have never been arrested or charged with any thing for crimes against the mom or my daughter. Please this story needs to be heard. I hope u can help.
