A&Im writes: I am having a melt down. Melt all down. Melt down all the way. Do you ever feel that youre in a plastic box banging banging screaming and shouting and noone can hear you? Do you ever feel like running away and just not caring what happens? I have such AWFUL thoughts on a daily basis and I dont want to worry anyone by verbalising these thoughts. I know im crazy. I know I need to seek help but im terrified. But all I want is to vanish. Surrounded by people and all alone. Sorry to burden you too.
