A LETTER OF HATRED IN THE TIME OF SORROW... ---------------------------------------------------------------- Recently, with some extra time on my hands, I thought it would be a good idea to re-organize my office area at home. Grabbing a large mug of coffee I pulled a chair up to the desk. Stacked in one corner of the desk were three large envelopes marked Mother. I recalled, not to long ago I was sorting through these envelopes and admiring the gorgeous condolence cards sent to me, and my family upon the death of my Mother a few years earlier. Opening one of the envelopes; I spread the condolence cards out on the desk. A wrinkled size letter envelope caught my eye. At first glance, I did not recongnize the tattered looking envelope. Turning the envelope over I acknowledged the horrible handwriting addressed to me. The envelope contained a one hundred and forty word composition from a depraved female of whom I sired some forty odd years ago. What kind of mind would go to the extremes of sending a letter of insults and hate in the time of mourning and sorrowfulness of a loving Mother. Unfortunately, this ill bred individual has just experienced the loss of a loved one. Her nineteen year old son was taken from her from the grips of Heroin. You would think; that a tragic happening of this magnitude would shed some light on this woman of hypocrisy.
