A SOLIDARITY for Ninth and TENTH Amendments COALITION reply to e-mail from WCC: No problem, Linda, that you didnt see my request for pre-printed name tags for our participating members. Indeed the FIRST annual Educate the Legislators event in Appleton Wisconsin, went well... The members and coordinators of SOLIDARITY for Ninth and TENTH Amendments COALITION were very interested in making an assessment of where we stood with restoring the rule of all Constitutional law and Bill of Rights through our 9th and 10th, with these State Assemblymen and State Senators. I believe that we have been able to make our assessments with their responses, which we are providing a report back to the coalition members. Now we can respond and execute our highly organized and orchestrated plan in our 99 Wisconsin State Assembly voting districts of Wisconsin, with our 20 (or more) Constitutionalist Activists in each State Assembly voting district using very PERSONAL local hometown political pressure as planned. The State Assemblymen and State Senators will either have to comply with enforcing our Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws by way of sponsoring and facilitating the passage of our State Joint Sovereignty Resolution with Arrest Provision, or it will not be possible for them to get re-elected. Whether they decide to get re-elected or not will be their choice. Obviously, if they refuse to enforce our Ninth and TENTH Amendment laws by the peaceful resolve of this highly and strictly Constitutional State legislation, backed by State and Local Law Enforcement agencies, our coalition will be making sure that others more interested in Constitutional law get elected in their stead. It is our intent not only to provide massive simultaneous organized, coordinated and orchestrated political pressure with personal visits and simultaneous orchestrated phone calls by very well briefed and very knowledgeable Constitutionalists, but to also make sure the people in the local hometowns of these Assemblymen and Senators understand that objects of the most stupendous magnitude, , , measures which will affect the lives of millions, born and unborn, , , are now before us. But we must always remember that a free Constitution of civil government cannot be fully restored to its full force, affect, meaning, spirit and intent, on our Federal and State Government elected and non-elected public servants, at too dear a rate, for there is nothing, on this side of Jerusalem, of greater importance to mankind. Many amongst us give a grim prognostication of our national future. But where they see apocalypse, I and our members of SOLIDARITY for Ninth and TENTH Amendments COALITION, see hope. We see a renewed nation, ready to reinstate its place in the world. Not an empire, not a Democracy of Socialist American voting mob rule, but a Republic! And, a Republic of Laws, not constitutionally contemptuous men. I am not without apprehensions, Linda, but the end we have in sight, the full restoration, force and affect of our laws which We The People “ordained and established” on our Federal Government, “to secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity”, especially but not limited to the 9th and 10th Amendments and the money clauses of Article I Sections 8 (clause 5) and especially 10 (clause 1), is worth all the means. For we know that there is no power, such as that endowed We The People in the Preamble of The Constitution, but that ordained by God. And, For we also know that He endowed each of us with the unalienable Right to Life, Liberty, the pursuit of Happiness and THE SWORD of a well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of the free Country of Wisconsin which, according to the preamble of The Constitution, is one of fifty which forms a more perfect Union of fifty free, independent and sovereign States who delegated by the supreme law of the land (Article VI clauses 2 &3) eighteen powers and spending privileges (Article I Section 8) to our elected Republican and Democrat public usurpers, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. The execution of the peaceful resolve of these highly and strictly Constitutional State legislative measures, as drafted by Thomas Jefferson and James Madison FOR THIS SPECIFIC PURPOSE, the INCREMENTAL gradual transition of the restoration of our Ninth and TENTH Amendment laws, upon our elected and non-elected Federal usurpers, by methodical State nullification backed by State and Local Law Enforcement action, is our last hope, as the resolve to do so by nullification, is backed by CSPOA.org and the over 450 member Constitutional Sheriffs and growing.
