A TRIBUTE to Tay Kay Chin As a son of Baktabali, I am always Nostalgic for Baktabali.Me and Our Father, mother and ancestors were born and lived there. Most of our sorrows and happiness belongs with Baktabali, Its our lifes mission and destiny, what makes us far apart from beloved Baktabali. Many Sons and daughters of Baktabali now lives abroad for better earnings. Our Brother from Bakatabali, works in most of the countries of the world. Everyone of them has an about similar history to going abroad and strife for economical gain. Everyone has deep passion of tears, loneliness and great sacrifices for their families. In the last 25 years, I saw many of our brothers and friends of Baktabali returned as dead-bodies. No body knows their dreams and last days of their lives, Its not the reality for the men of Baktabali only but all the Bangladeshi laborers working abroad. But the youths from Bakatabali who are working in Singapore is much luckier than others. One of the creative writers of Singapore wrote a story of a life sketches of Baktabali, One of our brothers of Bakatabali- Salim jabed living and working in Singapore for last fifteen years. Tay Kay Chin wrote and published the story, based on Salims family life with pictorial journals. He named the Story or Novella MADE IN SINGAPORE. Its a great achievements for Baktabali men living in Singapore. Now Singaporean and multinationals living in Singapore may know the name of Baktabali. The youths of Bakatabali is active in devolpments of Singapore and as well as Bangladesh, I salute our Brothers living abroad, Singapore and other countries. Thanks to Salim Javed jabed, And we are greatfull to Tay Kay Chin..you are always welcome to Baktabali, Bangladesh.
