A call for change to all city dwellers in Metro Manila to think strategically in addressing Climate Change and annual Flooding that had painfully affected and burdened easy lifestyle inside crowded and suffocated mega cities, like Manila, to transfer out their residences to higher hilly and mountainous grounds of Bulacan, Laguna, and Batangas. This must be considered by every wise thinking Filipino, otherwise they will encounter great difficulty in living annually during raining months from June to December. The annual visits of at least 34 typhoons in the Philippines that bring flooding that affect mostly those living in low-laying areas of Northern and Southern Luzon Provinces and the cities of Metro Manila is a thing to be seriously considered and solved as early as this year 2013. Better to transfer out of the cities instead of staying inside and buy high rise condos. You will never regret it.
