A company called Riot Games pays unhappy employees $25,000 to quit their jobs. Zappos started this trend by offering $2,000 and Amazon copied this by offering $5,000. Soon people will be making a full-time wage by quitting jobs instead getting jobs! In all seriousness though its interesting to see how some companies are taking steps to focus on creating higher levels of employee engagement by making sure the people working there WANT to work there. However this also goes beyond paying unhappy employees to quit, its also about doing things to keep the happy employees at the company.
