This is important as some personal health problems would necessitate that an experienced social director be able to replace me or at least take a load of my back. There are several directors positions available. Understand that a directors job under the WORK VISA program is different than this investment in Andetur tour agency. This investment would qualify the investor and his family for immediate residence. The investment is in a legal tour company established since 1986. Just the pickup truck (and perhaps a tour van) would bring the total over R$ 100,000 and provide 2-3 jobs required. Second - property investment. I have offered to sell to raise the capital necessary to purchase the two properties where we are presently establishing the school. One, the main house shown several places on this blog would be the basis for a 2o apt. pousada or inn with 4,000² sq meters of property... would raise the total capital well over R$ 750,000 and would provide 5 - 8 of the required jobs. The main house itself would be the permanent offices of Andetur, the pousada itself, and the farm school. The other house - we call the dorm house and would be the school itself with a registered 6,000² sq meters and is a registered social project and a completely separate entity all together. Jobs created by the school do not qualify .... BUT the investor COULD BE appointed as a director.
