A dear friend & I were talking today about the way people treat us as being a statement about who they are...it is not a statement about who we are. In our own journey, how do we treat others? It is easy to walk with the great... but to humble ourselves... forgiving as HE forgives, praying for those who hurt us, assisting the poor, ill, the physically, spiritually, or mentally challenged, the less fortunate...the broken... that is truly when we are HIS hands... doing HIS work...sharing HIS love. As my 8 year old just said looking over my shoulder, its most important to be kind and use nice words all the time, because thats how we get close to Jesus! Amen to that!
