A few pointers about LEADERSHIP 1) Eagles fly alone..sometimes decisions are made away from the crowd 2) You cant hurt a dead man. When you are dead to criticism, no one can hurt you 3) When the mighty Victoria Falls forces great tribulation of waters down and there is thunder and noise, a bird builds its nest near there and peacefully sings. When a leader is faced with problems, instead of crying and complaining, he sings in the midst of problems (Calm in the storm) 4) While others see trouble makers, Leaders see potential greatness in them 5) While others say, this is hopeless, a leader says this will work 6) On Monday people praised Jesus as he walked into the city, on Friday same week they crucified. A leader knows that people are fickle, they support you today, they turn against you tomorrow. So a leader operates on principle, not on peoples feelings 7) A great eagle soars higher into the sky only when it turns against the wind, then the wind takes the eagle higher. Dont run from problems, go against your problems and let them make you soar higher 8) The more opposition you face, the better your character is worked on 9) Real leaders are never intimidated. They are always comforted in the presence of those more talented than them 10) A real leader will raise leaders not followers
