A few weeks ago, a hot post was INITIATED and shared a lot on FACE BOOK Group page of Amritsar based NGO “VOICE OF AMRITSAR” against an eatery “Blue Bakers” that a fraud had been made with one city based CA couple by delivering short weight bakery product to them by the bakers. This post was shared a lot by all of the page group members and luckily/unluckily I was also the member of that group at that time (while the admin of that group now have deleted my name due to reasons best known to them and I also protested on Facebook for this injustice to me) I, being a law conscious person, made a lot of cry and warned group members not to share the post because it was being authored without any evidence on the surface. I even made a request to admin of “Voice of Amritsar” to delete this post. But because the group members were all close or far friends anyway to the couple, kept sharing the post on full speed on FB as well as on Mobile application “Whatsup” Now the matter has taken a very serious turn and the owners of Blue Bakers have filed a criminal defamation matter under IT Act and IPC sections against a respectable Couple said to be Mr. Vipul Arora, a CA and his wife Mrs.Veenu Arora. This will sure lead to a big complication and problem for the couple beyond their imagination Results what so ever may come out to be, but one thing has crystallized that “Ignorance of Law is biggest Curse” And “Sharing a Foolish matter as friend will prove you to be a fool too” Moreover admin of Page of NGO “Voice of Amritsar” can also not deny its responsibility for allowing sharing a nonsense post. Most interestingly, the seniors of the NGO were prompting me too to share the post which was seriously protested by me and this protest made me to loose some good friends in that group.
