A great shuffling of the people who are the problem at Phoenix Police Department. The people who are frank about their belief that it is just fine for African-Americans to be pulled over at a rate 400% higher than the rest of the population were not fired... they were just reassigned. And yes, I am talking about the assholes at Professional Standards and Cactus Park. We are damned in Phoenix with elected officials that simply do not care about racial profiling and police brutality until Risk Managment tell them they have to open the checkbook to pay off the victims of officer aggression. The rank and file professionals who put their asses on the line every day deserve far better leadership.
