A highly immature & arrogant person, who demonstrated abject disregard for the Constitution of India (or for that matter for the Republic of India) resorts to not only cheap gimmicks but brinkmanship, with a bunch of hooligans, in the high security zone of National Capital, for about 32 hours, going to the extent of putting the preparations for the Republic Day Celebration at serious risk and the law enforcing machinery of Delhi remains the mute spectator (despite intolerable provocations), just because the person happens to occupy a constitutional position of the Chief Minister of the State of Delhi. Is it not the misfortune of we INDIANS that an oath-bound Chief Minister openly gives a call to the personnel of Delhi Police, for REBELLION, sitting on the roads of the National Capital and is not being proceeded against as per the law of the land?
