A island family in need has been brought to my attention today by my extended church family. They have not asked for help in fact a local church reached out to them. Therefore I won’t go into too many details as the family has asked to remain anonymous, I think something we can all respect. They are a well grounded wonderful family that has simply hit a rough patch and needs a little help to get back on their feet this month. There is a child with specific medical needs in the family unit and they are in need of money for rent, bills & medication as well as food. Their need is justified, immediate & only required for a short time. If you are willing and able to provide some assistance, grocery store gift cards or cash would be ideal, but food items gladly accepted too. We never know when we ourselves might hit a bump in the road and a little help can go a long way. Donations can be dropped off at 2 locations: 1.
