A little compromise will lead to bigger compromise. The saying goes A little wont hurt nobody but sin always hurts somebody. It hurts us, the people around us, and especially God so indulging in just a little bit thinking that its okay only sets the trap for you to fall in deeper. Galatians 6 says that you will harvest what you plant so whatever you plant will grow. Either we are being led by our sinful nature or by the holy spirit within. One of the benefits of the holy spirit is self control (Galatians 6:22) so when we are tempted the holy spirit helps us control our flesh and make it submit to Christ. Examine your fruit today. Is it bad or good? Are you submitting to your flesh or to Christ?! Galatians 5:24-25 Those who belong to Christ Jesus have nailed the passions and desires of their sinful nature to his cross and crucified them there. Since we are living by the Spirit, let us follow the Spirit’s leading in every part of our lives.
