A little information for the Cops out there that handle wrecks. If a motorist in a car or truck tells you that they hit that motorcycle at the intersection because the biker didnt have his headlights on, they are a lying sack of shit. Since 1976 ALL motorcycles headlights come on when the ignition switch is engaged. It is physically impossible to turn off the headlights on a motorcycle. So arrest that lying piece of shit and charge them with vehicular homicide on the spot. Just because someone rides a motorcycle does NOT mean that their life is worth less than someone in a car.
