A little something different from me...Know what this is? Its not fog or mist. Its gunsmoke...from old flintlocks, a picture I took at Bushy Run during a re-enactment of the battle there between the Indians and a group of Scottish Highlanders in the British Army. Here in western PA around every corner is some place from the French and Indian War. The Highlanders were on their way to relieve Fort Pitt and were ambushed. They had wagons loaded with big bags of flour for the fort and just up at the edge of these woods not far from where I live, they unloaded the bags and made what became known as the flour sack fort.
