A man charged with firing shots at an off-duty Cincinnati police officer in 2012 is scheduled for sentencing in a Hamilton County courtroom Tuesday morning. Police arrested 22-year-old Jihad Sanders and 23-year-old Frank Latham Dec. 11, 2012 after the pair allegedly fired shots into a Roselawn residence and later fired a gun in the direction of the off-duty officer. Police say Sanders and Latham fired shots into the house in Roselawn but did not cause any injuries
