A must repost.. Theres a lot of passion in this from one of our site members: RE: KFC - Liberal I am making my rant public because that is what this page is for. Yesterday I went to KFC for their special on Chicken Fried steak for 1.99. Well when we ordered and drove up to the window the young lady attending didnt say hi or anything just asked for payment. Gave her my card that was fine. But they took almost 15 mins making our meal. Smh. When it was finally done she handed me our meal without saying thank you, do you need anything else or anything just plain handed the bag over very rudely. When I got home and we were about to eat all three meals i ordered were missing a biscuits and side. We just got mashed potatoes and a steak with gravy. I called and asked for the manager told her what had happened. The manager said I could go back and get those items. Well I was home already so I asked if there was something else we could do and the manager said no there is not do you want to come get it or not? Rudeness rudeness rudeness. Well I didnt get any good service they shorted me food and they dont know how to handle anything fairly. When I sat down to eat my steak and gravy my 8 year old who was in the back seat when I had ordered said they were just playing around mom, I could see them throwing food at each other!! When even my 8 year old knows that they were messing around at a place of business that is pretty sad to have those immature kids doing that kind of stuff. I called the 1-800 # on the back of the receipt to complain but that is just a # for a survey. No actual representative. So Gabriela the cashier at KFC you suck at your job. And Miriam the manager you suck even more!!
