A parent asks our group: I would really love some guidance. 2 weeks ago the OT told us that my 4 yr old son has SPD. She said he needs a structured sensory diet and would mail some lists to me so that I could go through them and construct the diet. I havent received the lists yet so Ive attempted to use Google but its SO overwhelming!!!! Where do I start? When do I incorporate sensory input? He is mostly a seeker. How long do we do each activity? How frequently do we do each activity? How do I know if its working or not? Im so lost. Any help is truly appreciated xx
