A$$= squats! Keep arms up and tightened. Engage the core at all times, feet hip length apart, back straight, knees behind ankle and weight on the HEELS. Do as many as you can! ABS=squat with side knee raise and turned torso. Bring your knee to the elbow, tighten and engage your core. This will work your obliques. Make them feel the burn! For paleo. Today is easy peasy! Eggs and vegetable medley. Whip eggs, make them omelet style and add chopped defrosted pieces of the medley on top and cook through serve warm!
