A successful weeks training at VINPAC International. 30 employees attended up-grade training to achieve their TAESS00001 Assessor Skill Set to comply with the NSSC requirements for trainers and assessors in the VET system. All workplace trainers and assessors must hold appropriate competencies. The National Skills Standards Council (NSSC) responsible for setting the competency standards required by workplace trainers and assessors has determined they must hold these appropriate competencies by 1 July 2013 (or demonstrate equivalency).
