A tip from Claudia Romera Moya, Marketing Manager for FC Barcelona and ex-smoker When I was trying to quit smoking 12 years ago, someone gave me the tip to drink a glass of water every time I felt like a cigarette. And it worked! The yearning for a cigarette disappears easily when you drink a glass of water. There is no scientific explanation for this but there are hundreds of testimonies from people who have stopped smoking. It is possible that it has something to do with washing down a taste in the mouth that causes the feeling to want to smoke to disappear as well. Try it! Good luck!
