A.ttitude C.ONFIDENCE T.onality This is something that I teach all my agents from the beginning, Attitude is the basic necessity for everything we do in life. Your Confidence is will more than likely determine the outcome of your task at hand. If you approach anything with confidence, even if you are not an expert yet on the subject you need to act as if you are the expert and handle your business with all the confidence in the world. Match your TONALITY to the words you use, and use then with attitude. I have here a video, that shows us the highest form of Confidence ever displayed by a Human being. I often tell my agent that they are the TIGERS and that our floor is a jungle and they need to go onto that floor with Pride and Confidence to attack their new job and tasks. Now I must tell you something, from the way you walk to the way you talk, your confidence will be exhibited, even without saying 1 word.
