If you are well mannered and trustworthy, with strong communication skills, then we want to hear from you. The role and responsibilities: Provide head office with support regarding invoicing Welcome guests in a pleasant manner Take inbound calls and transfer as needed Management of all mailing duties Provide estimating department with help, as required Help the Project administrator, as needed Complete scanning, faxing, filing and other duties Desired skills and experience: Ability to manage time efficiently Must be well organised and a team player Administration and Business Qualifications are advantageous Must have similar experience Proficient MS Office and computer literacy is needed Must be able to work well independently Please note, only short listed candidates will be contacted for interviews in the coming weeks.
