ADVISORY: EXEMPTION FROM PAYMENT OF AERONAUTICAL FEES FOR ALL AIRCRAFT ON MERCY FLIGHTS/HUMANITARIAN MISSION AT MACTAN-CEBU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (MCIA/RPVM/CEB) pursuant to Section 5 of Administrative Order No. 2, of the Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority (MCIAA), all aircraft on mercy flights or humanitarian mission coming in at MCIA (ICAO:RPVM; IATA:CEB) shall be exempt from paying all Aeronautical Charges. This exemption shall apply to Landing and Take Off Fees, Parking Chrages, and Lighting Charges, for as long as the purpose of the flight are in accordance with the above, and in the current case, in connection with the disaster/calamity caused by Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) as well as the Oct. 15, 2013 Bohol Earthquake. The humanitarian donor agencies, air services operators, and/or ground handling organizations are respectfully requested to send in the request for exemption by fax to (032) 3400228.
