ALLOWING THE EMOTIONAL PAIN REVEALS THE SACRED REASON When we allow (as opposed to resist) the emotional pain in the body sufficiently, the sacred reason for the challenging life-event is revealed to us. In the case of separating from an intimate partner, for example, we usually experience great loss, great pain. When we allow the pain - which is counter-intuitive as we are set up to avoid pain and seek pleasure - the pain is released to a point where after sufficient allowing a wonderful Revelation will be given you. This Revelation is usually experienced as an exquisite aha moment, as a coming back Home to the purity and unshakable strength of the Higher Self, away from the frailty of the externally-seeking small self. The Revelation that nothing can ever be truly lost, only restored and regained. In this, true health lies. Try it for yourself now with an aspect of your life that you currently find challenging.
