ALOHA! Click LIKE and SHARE if you are working out today todays challenge is knee to elbow planks. Before we get started I want to talk about proper plank form.... 1. Shoulders, elbows and wrists are in line 2. Look out 6 inches I front of you 3. Pull your belly bottom in to the spine. 4. Flex your quads and glutes. 5. BREATH. So now that you are holding a PERFECT plank, bring your R knee to your R elbow, then return to plank and repeat it on the L side. You can slow this move down or doped it up with a hop I between sides as shown in the bottom screen. This is a TOTAL BODY workout! TAG someone to take the challenge with you, set your timer for 1 minute and GO! Comment below with your number of reps!
