ALOLA PREPARING FOR STRATEGIC PLAN 2015-2019 To prepare the framework of the period 2015-2019, Fundasaun Alola start doing some activities in order to prepare the Strategic Planning. This activity alone will focus on monitoring and evaluation of program implementation Fundasaun Alola especially in Maternal and Child Health Programs, Education, Advocacy Program, Economic Empowerment and institutional. In the action plan, Mr. Hadi Kusuma Methodius, consultant for Alolas Strategic Planning will conduct a series of interviews with stakeholders from the Beneficiary, the relevant ministries, partners, donors, staff and the Board. With the interview process is expected to be obtained input on Alola Fundasaun performance with a variety of programs and obstacles encountered in the field. Today, the consultant Mr Hadi Kusuma conduct interviews with board members and beneficiaries of advocacy programs. During this time, Fundasaun Alola as an organization that dedicates its work to improve the status of women and children working with various community groups. All Alola Fundasaun program is working with the ministry and work in accordance with national priorities, the Millennium Development Goals and international conventions ratified by Timor-Leste.
