AVAILABLE POSITIONS: Scribe: Responsible for the recording of the activities of the APMC-SN, maintains official records and writing correspondence, records and produces minutes of meetings, prepares and sends out invitations, provisional agenda and other relevant information concerning meetings, coordinate with the respective Scribes of each Regional Chapters for each region’s official documents and minutes of the meetings, and assists the president. Finance: Responsible for the financial administration and bookkeeping of APMC-SN, serving as chair of the Budget Committee, receives all cash advances from the APMCFI and other sources of funds, disburses funds, responsible for the logistic needs of the APMC-SN, monitoring the smooth implementation of the projects and activities of the APMC-SN, and presents a financial report at meetings of the Council of Student Councils. Auditor: Responsible for the truthful accounting of all receipts and disbursements made in the name of the APMC-SN, audits the financial reports of organizers of the projects and activities of the APMC-SN as reviewed and forwarded by the National Finance Officer, gives the audit quarterly, and presents the final financial report to the Executive Board. Marketing and Publicity Officer: Promotes the APMC-SN, their projects, and their triumphs as well as gathers partners for events of the organization. Responsible for advertising, advances in information technology, and corporate communication and public affairs. Socials Head: Responsible for social functions of APMC-SN. Special Projects Head: 1. One Med for Juan Inc.: Shall handle social civic projects and other health development activities that will be participated by the different medical schools together with the affiliates approved by the association. 2. Cura Institutio: A project dedicated to the reinstitution of health systems and empowerment of baranggay health centers throughout the country. 3. Magna Carta of Philippine Medical Students: Head magistrate for the establishment of the Magna Carta for Philippine Medical Students. 4. APMC-SN Research Publication: Responsible for the formation of a publication that will present the works of Philippine medical students. 5. Medical Student Exchange Program: Responsible for heading the team that will construct and implement an exchange program for Philippine medical schools. DEADLINE: MARCH 22, 2014
