ARREST MADE: The Bloomington Police Department has made one arrest in connection with a shooting that left a 39 year old woman injured. The shooting occurred on Monday, January 13, 2014 in the 800 block of E. Jefferson. Amon Wiley, 19, of Bloomington was arrested for Aggravated Battery/Discharge of a Firearm and two counts of Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm/Occupied Building. The 39 year old victim was treated and released from an area hospital after being shot in the buttocks. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information regarding the shooting please call McLean County Crime Stoppers at (309) 828-1111.
