ARREST WARRANT STAY ORDER TO BE HEARD By Rolland BANABA The National Court is expected to decide on the fate of the Stay Order on the Arrest Warrant of PM Peter O’Neill today while the Task Force Sweep Team and Fraud Squad applied to have the order set aside after a Supreme Court Decision of last week said the Police Commissioner didn’t have the power to stop the warrants from been issued. Police officers with the National Fraud and Anti-Corruption Directorate today said they await the decision of the Courts and should it rule in their favour they are ready to effect the arrest of PM. Meantime, Director of the National Fraud and Anti-Corruption office called on the Police Commissioner to execute the court decision as he is duty bound.
