ATTENTION ACTORS! TV SERIES THE PINKERTONS: Extras Wanted! The Pinkertons is a dramatic TV series about 19th Century detective agency, Pinkertons, set in the American “Wild West.” Production starts on August 25 and runs until March 2015. The production is looking to hire PAID EXTRAS, and there will be several RECURRING EXTRAS ROLES available. Extras get paid $11.75/hr, plus overtime after 8 hours. The specific need is for Caucasian Extras, both male and female, ages 18-70, to fill background roles as townsfolk, saloon barmaids, saloon patrons, union soldiers, coal workers, police, and many more. All interested persons are welcome to apply. Of particular interest are Extras with unique character faces such as: men with full beards/facial hair, scruffy, wind-burnt, weathered faces, and missing teeth/tooth. Some men with longer hair will also be needed. If you are a Caucasian male willing to grow your facial hair, we encourage you to apply and start growing your facial hair now! For women, hair should be medium-to-long. Filming will take place in Grosse Isle, Manitoba. Extras from Winnipeg or other towns must have own transportation to get to-and-from set.
