ATTENTION:PLEASE READ THIS: O F F I C E O F T H E P R E S I D E N T October 16, 2013 To: Faculty Members, Personnel, Staff and Students Re: Condition of our physical facility and the resumption of classes Pursuant to the meeting between the religious and lay administrators following an inspection of all three of our campuses, it is assessed by our CAMPUS PLANNING SECTION that ALL SCHOOL BUILDINGS of ALL THE CAMPUSES of the University ARE SAFE AND SECURE. Cleanup and retrofitting will be conducted to allay the fears of our students and parents. To give time to our trade contractors, as they facilitate the cleanup and retrofitting, please take note of the following key dates and instruction: 1 ) Classes for the elementary and high school departments of the BASAK CAMPUS remain suspended until the weekend. Classes resume on MONDAY, October 21, 2013. 2 ) Classes for the elementary and high school departments of the BALAMBAN CAMPUS remain suspended until the WEDNESDAY, Oct. 23, 2013, to give way to the jamboree of the OAR Schools Chapters of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines. Classes resume on THURSDAY, October 24, 2013. 3 ) Examination for the LAW SCHOOL resumes tomorrow. 4 ) Faculty members, Office staff and READS scholars based at the BASAK CAMPUS are instructed to report to the AVR of the Saint Ezekiel Moreno Building at 8 a.m. tomorrow, October 17, 2013, for a briefing with the Basak Campus Director, the Campus Planning Section Head, the Student Affairs Office and the Office of External Affairs. 5 ) Office staff and READS scholars based at the MAIN CAMPUS are instructed to report to the main campus lobby tomorrow, October 17, 2013, 9 a.m., for a briefing with the religious administrators, the Campus Planning Section Head, the Student Affairs Office and the Office of External Affairs. 6 ) Faculty members, Office staff and READS scholars based at the BALAMBAN CAMPUS are instructed to report to the Balamban Campus on FRIDAY, October 18, 2013, for a briefing with the Balamban Campus Director. 7 ) The posting of grades for the various colleges of the university is extended until TOMORROW, Oct. 17, 2013, and the evaluation, plus the simultaneous releasing of grades will be on Monday, October 21, 2013, as per information by the Student Affairs Office. 8 ) The enrollment schedule for the SECOND SEMESTER of School Year 2013-2014 will be adjusted accordingly by the Student Affairs Office.
