Pets negotiable. $350 per week. 3 weeks bond and first weeks rent up front. References will be required. The new tenants need to be able to take over virtually immediately if possible. I should also mention that I am a firm-but-fair landlord: if something needs fixed at the house I get it done ASAP but I do not tolerate late rent or ratbags who trash houses and have parties 24/7.
