About now is when my grandmother Doris would heat angry and bring out the biting sarcasm. We in public and in mixed company it is rude to converse in a language that is unknown to others especially when you are laughing at people. This applies regardless what language it is German, Polish, French, or Spanish. Luckily I understand enough Spanish that I understand what is being said, but it is rude none the less. (I did not let this lapse effect the tip!)
